Nebraska has officially flipped the script on its stance toward cannabis. On November 5, 2024, voters approved two major initiatives—Initiative 437 and Initiative 438—that finally brought medical marijuana to the Cornhusker State. This breakthrough marks a monumental shift, dragging Nebraska out of its prohibitionist past and aligning it with 38 other states that have embraced the medical benefits of cannabis.
