Labor Day BBQ: Cannabis Style

Labor Day marks the unofficial end of summer, and there’s no better way to celebrate than firing up the grill. But this year, we’re taking things up a notch with cannabis-infused BBQ recipes that are sure to elevate your cookout. Whether you’re a seasoned canna chef or new to cannabis cuisine, these recipes offer a delicious and relaxing way to enjoy the holiday. So, gather your friends, light the grill, and let’s make this Labor Day one to remember.


Cannabis-Infused BBQ Recipes

1. Cannabis-Infused Burgers

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 2 tbsp cannabis butter (cannabutter)
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Your choice of toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)
  • Instructions:
    1. Mix ground beef with cannabutter, salt, and pepper.
    2. Form into patties and grill until the desired doneness.
    3. Serve with your favorite toppings on a toasted bun.


2. Weed-Infused BBQ Sauce

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 cup ketchup
    • 2 tbsp cannabis oil
    • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tbsp brown sugar
    • 1 tsp smoked paprika
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Instructions:
    1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
    2. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    3. Use as a marinade or sauce for grilled meats and veggies.

3. Infused Grilled Corn

  • Ingredients:
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
    2. Brush corn with cannabis-infused butter, and season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
    3. Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until lightly charred.
    4. Serve hot with extra butter.

4. Pot-Infused Potato Salad

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 lbs potatoes, boiled and cubed
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp cannabis-infused olive oil
    • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Instructions:
    1. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, cannabis-infused olive oil, mustard, red onion, salt, and pepper.
    2. Add cubed potatoes and toss until well coated.
    3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

5. Cannabis-Infused Lemonade

  • Ingredients:
  • Instructions:
    1. In a pitcher, combine lemon juice, sugar, and water.
    2. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
    3. Add cannabis tincture and stir well.
    4. Serve over ice and enjoy!


6. Cannabis-Infused Grilled Chicken

  • Ingredients:
    • 4 chicken breasts
    • 1/4 cup cannabis-infused olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, etc.)
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Instructions:
    1. Mix cannabis-infused olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
    2. Marinate chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 2 hours.
    3. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
    4. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
    5. Serve hot and enjoy the flavorful, infused chicken.
