Andrew Smith says Tennessee officers seized 216 pounds of hemp after allegedly telling him the legal THC limit was 0.03 percent instead of 0.3 percent. His lawsuit claims officers ignored lab reports and relied on a roadside test that could not reliably distinguish legal hemp from marijuana. A federal court has now allowed part of the case to continue.
