Kentucky’s Hospital Cannabis Problem exposes the gap between medical cannabis approval and bedside access. Kentucky now recognizes terminal illness in its program, but hospitals, hospices, nursing homes, and other care settings may still decide whether patients can use cannabis where pain, fear, and end-of-life care are happening.
